Good but not consistently great

If you value sharpness over taste then boy are most of these for you. There's a place for that to be sure but when they extend themselves to after intriguing taste that's more multi leveled i.e the horseradish sauce (which was unexpectedly nuanced yet still vivid) you can see what artistry they're capable of. No one will ever want ketchup ev again after trying it but it's even better than that. The Jerk sauce is also very good, but so hot, a bottle lasts 4 - 5 times as long as something subtler. No way to make money by making it mandatory to us so little. Grace (& others) make a fortune selling Jerk sauces that are high on Jerk flavoring but not sharpness. If they ever decide they want to increase their profits to remotely the same degree, maybe, just maybe they will - in the fullness of time. If they're not as set in their ways as they appear they might be.

The two gentlest sauces - mustard & their sauce for woosies (the actually call it that on the label) are not too sharp & while not bland, are just not interesting enough to be vividly compelling. The horseradish sauce shows they know how to do that while not being blindingly sharp.

Mild and oh so good!

Frig that's mild is one of my favourite hot sauces. Mostly cause I am a wimp, but the flavour is so delicious. And because it's mild I add it to lots of stuff. Spaghetti sauces, tomato soup, wings, ribs, burgers.. endless possibilities! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed
