Ingredients
-
8 burger patties
-
8 slices of maple bacon
-
4 donuts
-
8 slices of provolone cheese
-
2 white onions
-
4 eggs
-
Louisiana Cajun Rub
-
Super Sauce
-
FireCandy Raspberry Habanero
Directions
Start off by turning on the grill, you’re aiming for 400F. Season the burger patties with the Louisiana Cajun rub on both sides.
Chop the onions in thin slices.
When the grill is ready, start by cooking the bacon. Grill the onions and add the patties in the bacon fat, once cooked.
When the burgers start ‘sweating’ flip them (around 3-4 minutes).
After a couple minutes add the cheese and grill the eggs. I use a muffin maker rings to keep the eggs in place.
Get your burgers off at preferred internal temperature. (I pull them off at 140F.) Keep the lid of your grill closed while cooking these.
Building the donut:
Start by slicing the donut in half (you can even grill them for a couple seconds).
Start with the patty and cheese, onion, bacon, burger, cheese, onion, bacon.
Top off with the egg, the Super Sauce and the Raspberry Habanero sauce. You will definitely have fun serving these to your guests!
