1 French baguette

1 small wheel of Brie cheese, cut into 24 wedges

1 Honeycrisp Apple, thinly sliced

12 slices Prosciutto, cut in half widthwise

1 cup arugula

1⁄4 cup honey

Maritime Madness Candied Habanero Hot Sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with
parchment paper.
Slice the baguette into 24 rounds and arrange them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes or until the edges are starting to turn golden brown.
Add the slices of brie cheese to each crostini and bake for 7-9 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and top with a slice of apple, a piece of prosciutto, a drizzle of honey, and a piece of arugula.
Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and Maritime Madness Candied Habanero Hot Sauce and serve immediately.
